Hi everyone!! You have always loved pasta recipes of all kinds, isn’t that, right? Today I bring you a wonderful new stuffed recipe, the Taco Stuffed Shells!!!

We are going to see how to make the best-stuffed shells quick and easy, these are so delicious and so quick to prepare, in just 30 minutes and they’re ready to eat! It looks very delicious. My kids love these shells and they always ask me to prepare them.
The first component in the ingredients list is the jumbo noodle shells, I use 20 to 24 and you choose the amount according to the number of people in your family. The second component is minced meat. It is better to use low-fat meat so that your dish is not mentally overdone.
You will also need onions and tomato sauce, or if you do not have it, you can use ketchup, cheddar, and Monterey cheese, which adds a wonderful touch to the texture of the dish, and dried tomatoes if you do not have it, use chopped tomatoes.
If you are a fan of flavors, you can add a little thyme or a little bit of garlic powder. You can also add red onions cut into small slices, it gives a special taste and a pleasant aftertaste. Let’s get started with the recipe together:

Ingredients:

20 to 24 of jumbo pasta shells.

1 pound of minced meat.

1 medium onion, cut into cubes.

3 tbsps. taco seasoning.

¾ cup of water.

1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup.

One cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

1 cup of grated Monterey Jack cheese.

One (10 ounces) can of dried tomatoes (you can use chopped tomatoes).

One jalapeno or serrano pepper, finely chopped.

Green onion (optional).

Instructions:

Step 1

To start, preheat your oven to 350°, and spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Then, take a big pot of water to boil, cook shells as directed on the package, and drain well.

Step 3

Over medium-high heat and in a large skillet, brown the ground beef, and add onion when it’s about halfway through browning. Continue cooking until the beef becomes brown and the onions are soft (drain any excess grease from the skillet).

Step 4

After that, add water and the taco seasoning to the ground beef mixture, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then, add your salsa and stir to mix. Remove from heat and let it cool for a little bit of time, and once is cooled, stir in half of each cheese.

Step 5

Next, pour the seasoned ground beef mixture into the crust and place in a single layer in the prepared dish, then top with remaining cheese, rutile tomatoes, and chopped jalapenos.

Step 6

Finally, bake covered for about 20 minutes. After that, uncover it, and bake for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped jalapenos (or green onions).

Serve it promptly and enjoy it!!!
