THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

500 grams.Of Sirloin Steak.

Salt and Pepper; to taste.

6 Tbsp.Of Butter.

2 Tbsp.Of Olive Oil.

2 Stalks.Of Green Onion.

1/2 Cup.Of Mayonnaise.

4-oz.Of shredded Pepper Jack.

4-oz.Of shredded Parmesan.

4-oz.Of shredded Cheddar.

1 diced Green Bell Pepper.

A thinly sliced Onion.

1 loaf.Of French Bread

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Turn the oven temperature up to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, put the steak on the counter to rest. Add little salt and pepper before serving.

2nd Step

In an oven-proof skillet, warmed over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter, and olive oil until shimmering. After adding the steak, allow it to sear for roughly four minutes, or until one side is deeply browned. Hold off on lifting the steak out of the pan until it has released itself on its own.

3rd Step

After flipping the steak, sear it for another four minutes. Put the whole pan, including the steak, into the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. When the steak is done, set it away so it may rest.

4th Step

During the time that the steak is being browned, heat up another pan and melt the remaining butter in it. Next, add onion that has been cut thinly and caramelize it until it is just beginning to turn golden brown.

5th Step

After adding the green bell pepper to the onion mixture, continue to caramelize the onions until they reach a deep golden brown color.

6th Step

After letting the steak rest for a while, chop it into bite-sized pieces. All of the cheeses, mayonnaise, green onion, caramelized onion, bell pepper, and steak should be combined in a big bowl and mixed. Thoroughly combine the ingredients.

7th Step

Using a bread knife, cut the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Separate the mixture, and equally spread it over both sides of the bread that has been sliced.

8th Step

Bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the cheese has melted fully. Take out of the oven and allow rest for three to four minutes before slicing and serving.
