FOR THE CRUST:

1 1/2 Cups.Of graham cracker crumbs.

1/3 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter, melted.

FOR THE FILLING:

4 Pkgs.Of (8-oz each) cream cheese, at room temp.

1 1/4 Cups.Of granulated sugar.

1/4 Cup.Of cornstarch.

1 Tbsp.Of pure vanilla extract.

4 large eggs.

1/2 Cup.Of heavy cream.

PREPARATION:

Step 1

To begin, ensure that your oven is at a temperature of at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and butter a 9’’ springform pan and set aside.

Step 2

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium basin. Blend together effectively.

Step 3

Next, pack the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan, and beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl.

Step 4

Beat in the sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until well incorporated. And repeat with the remaining eggs, beating after each addition.

Step 5

Beat in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy, then pour the batter into the pan and level the top.
