HOW TO MAKE MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS

Today’s recipe is just a recipe for love! Yes, I call it the recipe for love!! And it is not any love, but it is the love of a mother! It’s a MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS recipe.

There is no doubt that you have eaten it before, but have you ever prepared it yourself? Today I am here with the way my mom prepared it and I will share it with you of course. As for mom’s famous cream puffs, the secret is in her amazing filler; the filling has a pudding base but with the addition of heavy whipped cream you really can’t go wrong. Yes, it’s rich and decadent and everything a cream filling should be!
For the ingredients, you are going to need butter, vanilla, eggs & flour; and the magic ingredient for the recipe, which is the heavy cream then the milk. And in just a few steps, you will have your wonderful and loving meal, it doesn’t take long to prepare or much effort.
Kids will really love it, and undoubtedly, the whole family will ask you to re-cook it. Follow with me the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter.

1 cup of water.

1 tsp. of vanilla.

4 Eggs.

1 cup of flour.

MOM’S FAMOUS FILLING:

1 pint of heavy cream.

1 (3.4-ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding.

⅓ cup of milk.

Directions:

Step 1

First, bring butter, water, and vanilla to a boil, and join flour, with stirring constantly until it comes off the side of the pot and forms a ball.

Step 2

Then, raise and cool, and beat 4 eggs, one after the other, until smooth and drop them by a T. onto parchment-lined cookie sheets, then bake at 400 degrees for about 25 about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Let cool, cut it in half and put it in the tube or pour into the mum filling.
Dust with powdered sugar; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

For filling:

For the filling, beat cream, pudding powder and milk in a blender until it becomes a thick consistency like whipped cream! Enjoy !!
