THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

1 Pound.Of ground beef.

A large can.Of diced tomatoes (undrained).

A large can.Of black beans (rinsed and drained).

A large can.Of kidney beans (rinsed and drained).

A large can.Of corn (drained).

A chopped onion.

A chopped green bell pepper.

3 cloves garlic – minced.

3 Cups.Of beef broth.

1 Tbsp.Of chili powder.

2 Tsp.Of cumin.

2 Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

Salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1st Step

Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat until it is browned. Remove all of the extra fat.

2nd Step

Mix the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker or crockpot. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine everything by giving it a thorough stir.

3rd Step

Cook the soup in a slow cooker on low heat for six to eight hours, or on high heat for three to four hours, until the vegetables are soft and the soup is hot throughout. Cover the slow cooker.
