How To Make Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Hello all!! What do you think about mixing garlic and sugar in one dish?
Today’s dish is one of the tastiest dishes, as it combines a mixture of brown sugar, garlic, and chicken, yeah!! I’m talking about Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken.
It’s an amazing combination dish, baked in a sweet garlic sauce, it forms a deliciously browned and crunchy skin as it cooks in the oven. All of my family love it!! An easy recipe, sweet and easy to make.
I always serve this chicken with some rice and a vegetable salad, it works with about anything, you can serve it with a side dish of roasted vegetables or an earthy risotto to cut the sweetness and to keep it slightly. Garlic toast also complements the dish very well.
As for the ingredients, there is nothing easier than them, you will only need four. First is the chicken, I cook this dish with boneless chicken.
Crushed garlic cloves, I usually use four of them, you can choose the amount according to your desire. Do not overuse it to maintain a balance in the taste of the dish. You will also need olive oil and brown sugar; the quantity is according to the amount used in garlic.
This is great and practical advice, for easy cleaning of the casserole after cooking, place a layer of tinfoil in the casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray. Let’s start with the ingredients simply, then the method of preparation:

Ingredients:

2 to 4 chicken breasts without bones.

4 crushed garlic cloves.

4 tablespoons of brown sugar.

3 teaspoons of olive oil.

Directions:

Step 1

First, in a small frying pan, sauté garlic in oil until it becomes soft, then, turn off heat and stir in brown sugar.

Step 2

Then, place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish greased with a little oil, cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Finally, preheat your oven to 500°, and bake for about 15 to 30 minutes and it is all!
