6 large hard-boiled eggs; chopped finely.

1/2 Cup.Of celery, diced.

1/4 Cup.Of red onion, diced.

1/4 Cup.Of sweet pickle relish.

1 Cup.Of mayo.

2 Tbsp.Of Dijon mustard.

2 Tbsp.Of white vinegar.

1/2 Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

Salt and pepper to taste.
