I love you, and today I came to you with a great Spanish recipe that is wonderful and easy to make, which is the Albóndigas Con Fideos.
It’s a soup full of flavors, containing meatballs that give more relief and volume to the dish so that the meatballs are a little bigger. The soup takes on an orange color by adding the tomato paste which mixes incredibly. This Spanish recipe is usually prepared with pasta, especially spaghetti, but I am going to be out of the ordinary and I will use white rice, you can use whatever you like!!
The preparation of this rich soup is very simple, and surely when you try it!! The ingredients are at hand and not difficult, all you need to prepare this Spanish recipe is Ground beef, onions, eggs, Roma tomatoes, guajillo peppers, rice, or whatever you want to use, and as for spices ground cumin, epazote, bay leaves, and cloves, if you like its flavor.
I’ll give you a tip for a successful recipe, once you’ve mixed the ingredients with the ground beef, let it marinate for an hour to enhance its flavors. If you like more flavors, you can add fresh basil leaves at the end of the preparation, and to give another option to the dish, you can add sautéed vegetables. Pasta can be replaced with any shortcrust pastry or even rice, and it is good to have white rice. Follow with me the ingredients and the way how to prepare the Albóndigas Con Fideos.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef.

1/4 of an onion.

One egg.

2 guajillo chiles.

3 Roma tomatoes.

Cloves of garlic.

White rice.

Ground cumin, epazote, bay leaves.

Two cloves.

Instructions:

For ground beef:

Step 1

For a start, put 2 tablespoons of Ground cumin and 3 cloves of garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt in a skillet.
After that, using your hand grind garlic, Ground cumin and salt until it becomes a paste. Add the minced meat in the dumpling along with a cup of rice and stir to combine (if not, you can use garlic powder and ground cumin).

Step 2

Then, take guajillo de chile seeds and wash them, put the water in a pot until it gets hot and take off the pot from the oven and join the guajillo chile with the chile de arbol in the hot water.

Step 3

Cover aside for about 5 minutes or until it becomes soft, then add the tomatoes to the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 onion, hot pepper and water, the amount needed to mix, the tomatoes two cloves, 2 laurel leaves and mix together.

Step 5

Add the oil in a pot until it is almost hot, add the fideos to the pot and stir-fry until golden brown.
Then, add the tomato-chile sauce in the mixer to fideos in the saucepan.

Step 6

Let boil for about 5 minutes then add the meatballs while the soup is beginning to boil.

For a 5 minutes, let it boil and add the meatballs as the soup starts to simmer. Aftern that, let boil over a medium heat until it becomes ready, if needed add water and salt to your liking.
