There is nothing easier than making this recipe. All you need is half a cup of mayonnaise, chili powder, vegetable oil, lemon juice, Cotija cheese, and Mexican cream, or you can use sour cream. And finally, chopped coriander. It’s wonderful and fresh, but if you don’t like its taste, replace it with some garlic powder. Then the main ingredient is the cobs of corn.

Ingredients:

Half a cup of mayonnaise.

Husk 8 cobs of corn on the cob.

One tsp. of chili powder.

One tbsp. of vegetable oil.

Two tbsp. of lime juice.

Half a cup of cotija cheese, finely grated.

Half a cup of Mexican crema or sour cream.

1/4 cup of chopped cilantro leaves.

Directions:

Step 1

First, preheat the grill to medium heat, and grease the cobs of corn with oil.

Step 2

Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

Step 3

While the corn is cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, crema, and lime juice in a small bowl.

Step 4

Let the corn cool for 5 minutes. Brush the mayonnaise mixture all over the corn.

Step 5

Finally, sprinkle cotija cheese, cilantro leaves, and chili powder, over the corn.

Serve and enjoy it!!!
