How To Make Homemade Meatloaf

Easy and delicious meatloaf (homemade)!!
Hello everyone!!
The ground meatloaf is a dish made from ground beef in German, Belgian and Scandinavian cuisine. It is made up of a mixture of beef and pork in American cuisine, always present in the most delicious family evening meals, Thanksgiving or among Christmas recipes. You can enjoy it with a quick side dish or sautéed vegetables!!
At the very beginning, this meatloaf was just meat, but as we know, ground meat cooked like this, can easily become dry and tough; so over time, we introduced eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese in some versions, or even more animal fat to have a very melting, juicy and soft meatloaf!!
You will see that this meatloaf recipe is easy and foolproof, personally I just use the parsley to flavor this bread, but you can add celery for an even stronger flavor. You can serve this meatloaf as a dish with a small fresh salad, or as an accompaniment.
Here are the ingredients and how to prepare:

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup of old-fashioned rolled oats.

1/4 cup of milk.

1 pound of ground beef.

Two larges beaten eggs.

1 packet of Dry onion soup mix.

1 minced garlic clove.

1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce.

3 tbsp of ketchup.

Half a tsp. of pepper.

For topping:

1/4 cup of ketchup.

One tsp. of Worcestershire sauce.

One tsp. of yellow mustard.

Directions:

Step 1

Fisrt, put oats in a large bowl and join milk, then stir until oats are covered and leave for about 15 minutes to absorb the milk. After that, add your ground beef, the onion soup mix, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and pepper.

Step 2

Then, using your hands, mix all together to make the oats into the meat, and once you have everything together, put in 9″ x 9″ baking tray and form into a loaf about 1 1/3″ thick, then put it in a 375° oven for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Next, meanwhile, prepare the toppings by whisking ingredients together, and after a 30 minutes in oven, remove and brush with topping and coat the sides too. Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes, and leave it for about 5 minutes before chopping; and yeah!!!

Enjoy!!
