THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

1 Cup.Of long-grain white rice.

1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

1 Lb.Of boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces.

1 diced onion.

2 garlic cloves, minced.

1 Cup.Of sliced mushrooms.

2 Tbsp.Of all-purpose flour.

1 Cup.Of chicken broth.

1 Cup.Of heavy cream.

1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.

1 Cup.Of frozen peas.

1 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

1/2 Cup.Of breadcrumbs.

2 Tbsp.Of melted butter.

Salt and pepper to taste.

DIRECTIONS:

1st Step:

Set the temperature in your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2nd Step:

Prepare the rice following the directions on the package, and then put it aside.

3rd Step:

Heat up the olive oil in a big pan by placing it over medium-high heat. After adding the chicken, continue to cook it until it has a browned color on both sides.

4th Step:

Cook the onion and garlic in the skillet until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant. After adding the mushrooms to the pan, continue to cook them for a few more minutes until they are soft.
