THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

500 grams.Of your fav pasta.

500 grams.Of peeled and deveined shrimp.

500 grams.Of sliced sausage.

A large diced onion.

A large diced bell pepper.

3 garlic cloves – minced.

2 Tbsp.Of Cajun seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

Chopped parsley for garnish.

PREPARATION:

Step 1

In a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until it reaches the “al dente” stage. Drain, then put it to the side.

Step 2

In a big skillet, bring the oil to a temperature of medium heat. After approximately 5 minutes of cooking, add the sliced sausage and continue to cook it until it is browned and crispy.

Step 3

Once the skillet is hot, add the shrimp and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout. Take the shrimp and sausage out of the pan and put them in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Place the diced onion and bell pepper in the same pan and continue cooking. About five minutes of cooking should be enough to make them soft. After one minute, add the garlic and continue to simmer.

Step 5

Put the sausage and shrimp back in the pan, then add the pasta that has been cooked. To ensure that everything is evenly mixed together, give it a good toss.

Step 6

When you have evenly distributed the Cajun seasoning throughout the pasta, you can stop. Salt and pepper may be added to taste as a seasoning.

Step 7

Add some chopped parsley as a garnish, and serve hot.
