THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 Pound.Of ground beef.
1/2 Cup.Of breadcrumbs.
1/2 Cup.Of milk.
1 beaten egg.
1/2 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.
1/2 Cup.Of chopped onion.
1/2 Cup.Of chopped bell pepper.
2 garlic cloves – minced.
1 Tsp.Of salt.
1/2 Tsp.Of black pepper.
1/4 Cup.Of ketchup.
2 Tbsp.Of brown sugar.
1 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.
DIRECTIONS:
1st Step
Prepare a muffin tray by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray and heating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
2nd Step
