THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

1 1/2 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.

1/2 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

1/4 Cup.Of unsalted butter (melted).

1/2 Cup.Of whole milk.

1 large beaten egg.

2 Tsp.Of baking powder.

1/4 Tsp.Of salt.

FOR MAKING THE CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING; YOU’LL NEED:

1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

2 Tsp.Of ground cinnamon.

1/4 Cup.Of unsalted butter (melted).

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Put a muffin tray into the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius), then line it with paper liners.

2nd Step

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a basin that’s about the size of a medium mixing bowl.

3rd Step

In a separate dish, combine the melted butter, milk, and egg in a whisking motion until the mixture is smooth.

4th Step

After adding the liquid components to the dry ones, give everything a good whirl to make sure everything is well spread. Take care not to overmix.
